Instructor Loyalty Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions set by Bill Plant Driving School LTD (“The Company”, “Bill Plant”, “Bill Plant Driving School”) govern the franchise free week issued under the Scheme (the “Loyalty Offer”).  To participate in the Scheme you must comply with these Rules, which you should read carefully.
1.         Eligibility
1.1       To be eligible to join the Loyalty Offer, you must be a current Bill Plant Driving School LTD franchisee and have an address in the UK, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands.
1.2       You must have completed the required length of service as stated within your Loyalty Offer letter dated June 2017.
1.2       Notwithstanding Term 1.1, the Company reserves the right to invite customers from other members of its group of companies to participate in the Scheme.
1.3       The Company reserves the right to reject and/or refuse registration to the Scheme at any time at its absolute discretion.  The following parties (among others) do not qualify to participate in the Scheme.
a) Any franchisee who does not agree the July 2017 dated Bill Plant Driving School LTD Franchisee Agreement
b) Any franchisee with arrears on their account
c) Any franchisee who does not maintain timely Direct Debit payments
2.         Redeeming your Franchise Free Week
2.1       Based upon the above Terms 1 you will then be eligible to redeem your Franchise Free Week.  To select the week please contact instructorsupport@billplant.co.uk or by phone on 01765 643374 and they will confirm the week and ensure a Direct Debit payment is not taken.
2.2       The Company will require at least one month’s notice to redeem a Franchise Free Week
2.3       The Franchisee Free Week must be redeemed within 12 months of the date of the Allocation Date. Any Franchise Free Week not redeemed within this time will be forfeited and you will not be entitled to any compensation or damages from The Company.
3.        Withdrawing your participation in the Loyalty Offer
3.1       You can choose to withdraw your participation in the Scheme at any time by contacting instructorsupport@billplant.co.uk or by phone on 01765 643374.
3.2       The Company may terminate your participation in the Scheme and cancel or suspend any Franchise Free Weeks on your account by notifying you in writing if we reasonably believe that:
a)         You have acted in a way that harms Bill Plant Driving School or the Scheme or any third party supplier;
b)         You engage in any illegal or fraudulent activities;
c)         You have received serious complaints or have acted in a hostile, abusive or aggressive manner towards any Bill Plant employee, pupil or any third party; you have knowingly provided false or misleading information at any time in relation to your participation in the Scheme;
d)         You have breached any of the terms relating to your Bill Plant Driving School LTD Franchisee Agreement.
3.3       If you either party give notice to or terminate your Bill Plant franchisee.
4.         General
4.1       The company may change any element of the Scheme at any time without your consent by publishing the changes on the website www.billplant.co.uk
4.2       The Company is not liable for any tax liability that may arise from you taking part in the Scheme.
4.3       The Scheme is a standalone promotion and does not amend normal terms and conditions.
4.4       These Rules are governed by the laws of England and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
